Level 3 DIPLOMA in DENTAL NURSING (RQF) is a 12 months ONLINE COURSE which covers both the theoretical & practical aspects of the dental nurse’ surgery duties.
The course consists of a Portfolio of Evidence which needs to be completed in at least 6 months of dental experience (either part time or full time).
The awarding body for the Level 3 DIPLOMA in DENTAL NURSING (RQF) qualification is the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN.) PDS is an accredited NEBDN training centre.
Qualification Exam held ONLINE at NEBDN ( NEBDN Exams are held twice per year either April or November depending on your course start date).
Composed of two parts:
a) Theoretical exam comprising 75 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) (Knowledge Test).
b) Practical exam= Professional Discussion consisted of a short ZOOM exam session with an examiner
Students are provided with a pre-scheduled Revision schedule, 1 Mock Exam and 1 Full Day Professional Discussion Exam Prep Session, once you have completed the course programme online.
Who Should Attend?
- People without any previous experience or dental knowledge, interested in becoming a dental nurse
- Unqualified dental nurses already working as dental nurses
- Qualified but unregistered dental nurses who wish to obtain a dental nursing qualification and be registered with the GDC
- Overseas qualified dentists wishing to work as dental nurses in the UK

How to Book:
- You will need to attend an enrolment at our Head Office in Edgware HA8
- You will then have a 1:1 interview with a member of our training team for approx. 1 hr and 15 min.
- Alternatively you can also enrol though our website, however the Student App From Contract, the Student Terms & Conditions & the Payment Plan Agreement must be completed physically , signed and dated by the student + submitted to PDS Head Office within 24 hr.
