PDS student individual records for POST REG

As part of the student professional development as a Dental Nurse, according to the NEBDN requirements, PDS is required to complete Student Individual Records to outline the student's performances’ progress, behaviour & professionalism, attendance and the record of competence (ROC), mock exam results etc. towards Post-registration Qualifications.
The Student Individual Records will be completed during lesson assessments & mock exams as scheduled by PDS.

Every tutor must spend 10 min with each student to complete the requirements listed below. Photocopy of the individual records can be provided to students if they request so.
All student individual records must be submitted to PDS upon completion.
