PDS student individual records for Nat Dip - Professional Dental Studies

As part of the student professional development as a Trainee Dental Nurse, according to the NEBDN requirements, PDS is required to complete Student Individual Records to outline the student's performances’ progress, behavior & professionalism, attendance and the record of experience (ROE), mock exam results etc. towards the National Diploma in Dental Nursing Qualification.
The Student Individual Records will be completed during review tests & mock exams and scheduled by PDS.

Every tutor must spend 10 min with each student to complete the requirements listed below. Photocopy of the individual records can be provided to students if they request so.
All student individual records must be submitted to PDS upon completion.
